Surf Coast Shire Small Grants Program
The aim of the Surf Coast Shire Small Grants program is to support community groups, projects and initiatives by encouraging new opportunities and strengthening collaboration between groups.
The program is available to new and existing groups, to develop project ideas or improve services within the local community. Funds can be provided for projects and activities which fall into the following categories: Community Initiatives, Environment, Culture & Arts, Recreation & Leisure.
Funding for Small Grants is available in two separate rounds each year. The recent one was in February and next one will be in September 2015 - which will be announced on this website and in local newspapers. Usually the round opens six weeks before the closing date.
If you are seeking support for a Community Event apply for funding from Surf Coast Shire's new Event Grants Program. Here you will find guidelines and an online application form for Events funding.
If you require further assistance please contact the Small Grants officer on 5261 0666 or email email@example.com
Successful applicants are required to complete a Small Grants Project Acquittal Report within one year of funding. Community groups will not be considered eligible for future funding if the report has not been completed within this timeframe.
