RELOCATION OPTIONS FOR THE LORNE DROP OFF POINT

SUMMARY

The Lorne drop off point had been operating at the Stoney Creek reserve in
North Lorne for a number of years. In October 2008 VIC Roads indicated that
a pedestrian bridge was to be constructed adjacent to the existing road
bridge. The pedestrian bridge alignment conflicted with the location of the
existing drop off, requiring the drop off being removed. Initiate a public
consultation survey to determine which of the three available drop off options
the Lorne to Big Hill community would like to endorse.
