| Planning Fees The Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2000 prescribe fees for a number of actions regulated by the Planning and Environment Act 1987, including planning permit applications, amendments to permits, planning certificates and planning scheme amendments. The Surf Coast Shire also charges administrative fees for services that do not have a prescribed fee including notification of applications, amendments to endorsed plans, extension of time, etc. Summary of Fee Structure This is a summary of the fees prescribed under the Planning and Environment (Fees) Regulations 2000, and is not a complete representation of these Regulations.
