The Statutory Planning Department seeks to provide an efficient and effective statutory planning service.

The Department is responsible for the generation of Planning Certificates, the processing of Planning Permits and the enforcement of the Surf Coast Planning Scheme.

The department has extensive experience in statutory planning. It provides customer focused advice on the function of the Scheme and application processing services for residential, subdivision, rural, commercial and industrial applications.
