New Council Meeting Days in 2009
Our new Council has agreed to trial a change to our formal Council meeting day and time. Our meetings will now be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month commencing at 7pm. These changes have been made taking into account the current employment commitments of Councillors and to ensure that all Councillors can participate fully in Council meetings. The later commencement time for meetings will also make meetings more accessible for those residents who work outside the Shire or who have further to travel to attend. Community feedback regarding this change is welcomed.

The agenda for each council meeting will be reproduced below on the Friday prior to each meeting. These agendas will be replaced with the minutes of each meeting as soon as they are available.

The next Ordinary Meeting of Council will be
on Wednesday, 25 November 2009,
at the Council Chambers, 25 Grossmans Road, Torquay.
Commencing at 7.00pm.
