Request for maintenance or repairs
You can call us or email your request for maintenance or repairs:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org – please quote “Customer Request” in the subject line. Please provide a location and a description of the issue. Include as much information as possible, and attach a photograph if you can.
- Phone our Customer Service staff on 5261 0600.
Once we receive your request, you will get a Customer Request for Maintenance (CRM) number. You can also request a follow up from a Council officer if you’d like.
