Documents available for public inspection

We must make a number of documents available for public inspection in accordance with the Sections 82A and 222 of the Local Government Act 1989 and Section 12 of the Local Government (General) Regulations 2015.

Some of these documents are accessible via Council’s website and others can only be viewed at the Council Office.

To access document in our office, make an appointment to arrange a document inspection by contacting our Governance Team Leader on 5261 0600. In some instances we may need to have the request in writing, or there may be a fee for viewing or copying.
