Resurfacing: Mental Health and Wellbeing Events for Families

Resurfacing

It’s been a big year

2020 has thrown curveball after curveball at all of us, including the youngest members of our community.

As we emerge from a long winter of remote learning, lock downs and isolation, join us in taking some time to focus how we can support our own mental health and well being, as well as that of the babies, children, and teens that we care for.

Members of the Surf Coast Early Years and Youth team were joined throughout November, by specialists from a range of fields, including parenting specialists, psychologists, paediatricians, and dieticians. The final session is at the bottom of this page.
