Request for maintenance or repairs

There are two ways to lodge requests for maintenance or repairs.  

Option 1 – Please phone our friendly Customer Service staff on 5261 0600.

Option 2 – Email your request to – please quote “Customer Request” in the subject line.

Please provide as much information as possible, such as an address or a location, and a brief description of the issue. If emailing Council, you may wish to attach a photograph. Once Council receives your request, a Customer Request for Maintenance (CRM) will be lodged, and you will be advised of the CRM reference number. You can also request an officer contact you to advise you of any proposed action following Council’s investigation of your request.
