The elite women are expected to come through Torquay between 1pm and 2.30pm on the Saturday

Sunday 27th January
UCI World Tour Elite Men’s Race
The elite men are expected to come through Torquay between 12pm and 1.30pm on the Sunday.

Be part of the excitement and wear Cadel Blue or a CRAZY costume.

Surf Coast Cheer Sites

Surf Coast Cheer Sites are the ideal spot to watch the race up-close and cheer on the cyclists. Businesses will be race day ready with bells for you to ‘ring’ the cyclist on their way. Laid back is the law of the land around here, so relax, grab a delicious bite to eat, a coffee or a cold beer and watch the race whizz by.

Where are this year's cheer sites?

After the cyclists have passed there is plenty to do. You’ve come for the race, now stay for the place! Hit the beach for a sandy adventure, a balancing surf or refreshing swim. If you’ve forgotten your bathers, no need to panic, head to Torquay Surf Shops and bag the ultimate surf gear.

Head to Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race for full event information, including details of Swisse People’s Ride on (Saturday 26 January), Towards Zero Race Melbourne (Albert Park Thursday 24 January) and Vegemite Family Ride and Team Presentations (Geelong Waterfront Friday 25 January).
