WINCHELSEA MAKERS AND GROWERS MARKET

The first Sunday of each month except January

The Winchelsea makers and growers market offers a diverse mix of quality product from producers in the region. The market is run by volunteers from the community group Growing Winchelsea Inc. You can buy directly from producers, processors and local artisans who sell their goods direct to the public near the source of their origin. Our market is a social celebration of all things good - food, family, friends, and conversation.

REPAIR CAFE SURF COAST & KIDS TINKERING CORNER

Rotates between Aireys Inlet, Anglesea and Torquay, one Sunday a month, 10am-2pm.

Repair cafes are community events where people can get help to fix broken things.  You’ll find expert volunteers with repair skills in all kinds of fields such as jewellery, clothing, textiles, furniture, small mechanical and electrical appliances, bicycles, toys and more.

Kids, from 3 - 15 years, can have fun in the Kids’ Tinkering Corner, dismantling and reassembling household items, learning the importance of repairing and recycling.  Everyone is welcome to pop in, stay for a cuppa and even join up as a new volunteer.
