Rip Curl Pro

Fanning on a wave

The Rip Curl Pro sees the world’s best male and female surfers come to town to compete for professional surfing’s most treasured trophy – the Rip Curl Pro Bell. The event has been run around Easter time each year since 1973 and has been pivotal in the evolution of the sport. It holds a very special place in surfing folklore, as the longest running world championship level contest on the World Tour.

The Rip Curl Pro takes place at world renowned Bells Beach just near Torquay, the home of Australian surfing.
