Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice in accordance with section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council's Property Use Agreement Policy that it intends to enter into a Lease Agreement as follows:
Entity:
Lorne and District Men's Shed Incorporated (ABN 15 616 823 559)
Purpose:
To occupy a portion of Stribling Reserve - 45 Otway Street Lorne for the purpose of a Men's shed and community meeting space.
Term of Tenure:
For a period of 5 years with a further two options of 2 years each.
