The Country and Waters community newsletter is a monthly electronic newsletter sent to ratepayers who receive electronic rates notices or to anyone else that has subscribed to the eNews.

We're phasing out printed copies of the newsletter from February 2026, so we encourage you to sign-up to the electronic version of the newsletter via the 'Subscribe online now' button above.

We’ll continue to promote important Council news and decisions in external printed publications, including local newspapers/newsletters.

Need a hard copy?

If you prefer a hard copy of Country and Waters, you can collect one from numerous venues at the start of each month.

Printed copies are available at:

  • Anglesea Community House
  • Deans Marsh Community Cottage
  • Lorne Community House
  • Moriac and District Shed
  • Torquay Community House
  • Winchelsea Community House
  • And Council office in Torquay.
