External operator engaged to manage aquatic centres

To get ready for the opening of the new Wurdi Baierr Aquatic and Recreation Centre in Torquay, Surf Coast Shire Council has approved entering into a contract with Belgravia Health and Leisure Group to manage the facility, subject to contract finalisation and execution.
