Visitor Information Centres
A Visitor Information Centre (VIC) handles all types of tourism enquiries from things to see and do, special events, itinerary planning and accommodation referrals. The Surf Coast Shire has two accredited VICs in Torquay and Lorne and two non accredited VICs in Anglesea and Winchelsea.
Accredited VICs are identified through the blue & yellow ‘i’ symbol. Accredited VICs are open 9am-5pm, seven days a week, with trained staff and car-parking facilities.
