Community Satisfaction Survey

If you get a call in the next few weeks from National Field Services, don't hang up! They are an independent market research agency and they are calling on behalf of us.
They will be asking questions for our annual community satisfaction survey which has been designed to check Surf Coast Shire Council's performance and to identify ways to provide even more effective services. Councils across Victoria will be doing similar surveys in the coming months.
National Field Services will conduct 600 interviews among a representative sample of residents.
