Proposed Discontinuance of a portion of Wadawurrung Way Torquay
Surf Coast Shire Council, acting in accordance with Clause 3 of Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989
propose to discontinue approximately 2,535 square meters of road reserve known as Wadawurrung Way Torquay (PS637752)
for the construction of the Surf Coast Aquatic and Health Centre.

In accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989, submissions are invited on the proposed discontinuance of a portion of Wadawurrung Way Torquay as outlined in map below.
