Intention to enter into a Licence Agreement with Beach Hotel

Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice of a Council endorsed determination to enter into a licence agreement with Baizac Pty Ltd (ACN 623 093 658) (known as Beach Hotel) regarding a portion of land at 3-9 Stuart Avenue Jan Juc.

The four (4) month licence will permit Baizac Pty Ltd to utilise four on street vehicle parking bays for an outdoor dining parklet until 31 March 2024, as determined at the October 2023 Council meeting.
