Proposed Discontinuance of a portion of Kuwarrk Lane Torquay
Surf Coast Shire Council, acting in accordance with Clause 3 of Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989
propose to discontinue approximately 12.5 square meters of road reserve known as Kuwarrk Lane Torquay (PS637752)
for the construction of the Wurdi Baierr Aquatic and Recreation Centre.
