Active play item renewal includes assets in the recreation and open space area, such as:

  • Sports fields goals
  • Small or minor sports surfaces, ie. synthetic turf pads
  • Sport netting, ie. tennis nets or behind goal netting

Below are some of the packages of works we are working on this year. Other smaller works not listed here may be undertaken as required.

All works are at different stages of planning and delivery. This page will be updated with the date of works once they are confirmed. 

Planning is underway on the following projects:

  • Connewarre Reserve - Basketball backboard replacement.
  • Cricket pitch renewal (including replacement of concrete slab and synthethic surface)
    • Quay Reserve, Torquay.
    • Ellimatta Reserve, Anglesea, football oval.
