Your presenter 

Adrian Jobson has spent nearly three decades sitting across the table from business owners - as a CEO, a board director, and for the past decade as a mentor and consultant to small and medium enterprises. That time has taught him one thing above all: every owner wrestles with the same handful of questions, even when it doesn't feel that way from the inside. His practice, Growth Principals, draws on formal training in organisational change, ontological coaching, brand identity and behavioural dynamics - but the real grounding comes from listening to what owners are genuinely up against.
His workshops are designed for growth seekers and change-makers.
