This practical, hands-on workshop is designed for business owners who want to sharpen their financial focus and make confident decisions in a tougher operating environment. Financial counsellor, Amy Baudinette (Rural Financial Counselling Services - Victoria West/ Finwell Support) will guide participants through learning how to track and forecast income and expenses with greater accuracy, identify immediate opportunities to improve cash flow, and make informed decisions that support the long-term strength of their business. The workshop will also introduce a range of practical tools, templates, and local support services to help you stay on track beyond the session.

Delivered in a supportive and practical environment, this workshop is ideal for business owners looking to stay resilient, reduce financial pressure, and take proactive control of their cash flow.
