2026 Youth Exhibition Project Coordinator - short term contract

Apply to work with us to help deliver a youth art exhibition and gain valuable experience in the creative industry.

Surf Coast Shire Youth Development Team are seeking for a young person aged 25 or under to support the 2026 Youth Exhibition at Anglesea Art Space. You will work alongside our Youth Services and Arts team and be part of bringing the exhibition to life, from connecting with artists and organising information through to installation and the opening event.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Interested in arts or creative projects
  • Organised and reliable
  • Friendly and comfortable talking to people
  • Keen to learn, take initiative and try new things
  • Good with details

What you will need

  • Be aged 25 or under
  • A Working With Children Check
  • An ABN and Public Liability Insurance, or be willing to get them
  • Access to sufficient technology for the contract

Fee

$3,500 ex GST for around 100 hours across the project.
