Visit Anglesea Art Space for 'Wearables, The Boutique', an exhibition of unique handmade clothing, accessories and wearable artworks by eight local artists.
The exhibition explores how clothing can become a form of creative expression. Using skills such as printmaking, stitching, dressmaking, weaving, basketry and shoemaking, the artists have transformed a wide range of materials into one-of-a-kind pieces that are designed to be worn and enjoyed.
Featuring both new and repurposed materials, the exhibition highlights thoughtful design, sustainability and craftsmanship. Developed through a collaborative creative process, Wearables, The Boutique celebrates the connections between art, craft and fashion.
