The spray sealing process involves applying a single layer of bitumen binder, followed immediately by a layer of crushed aggregate. This cost-effective road surface is commonly used on lower-volume and rural roads.
We are renewing the following streets in central Torquay. We will be removing part of the road way and renewing the road surface (mill and fill).
