Kurrambee Myaring Community Centre

The centre's reception desk is attended Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 4.45pm.

Kurrambee Myaring Community Centre's consulting rooms and multipurpose rooms can be hired on a regular or casual basis. Community groups and businesses are encouraged to contact the centre with their hire enquiry.

The centre is available for hire Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm and is accessible and includes an accessible toilet equipped with an adult size hoist and change table.

Youth Services, Maternal & Child Health, Kindergarten and Occasional Care operate within this centre.

The centre has a parent room, with baby change facilities and scales to weigh babies.

Kurrambee Myaring is an Aboriginal name meaning 'Merry-laugh, here in this place'.

Council is committed to demonstrating environmental leadership. Environmentally-friendly design features of the centre include solar panels, water tanks and herb and vegetable garden so youngsters can learn the benefits of growing their own food.

The Kindergarten has an interactive weather station and natural play spaces, connected to the children's rooms, focusing on indoor/outdoor play.
