Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race 2026

The stars of international cycling return to our roads in what is set to be another spectacular showcase of the Surf Coast in the 2026 Mapei Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race.

The women's road race is on Saturday 31 January while the men's road race is Sunday 1 February.

The races start and finish in Geelong, and take in Torquay, Jan Juc, Bells Beach, Paraparap, Moriac, Modewarre and Barrabool.

Traffic impacts

Vehicles will not be able to travel on or cross the route while Victoria Police facilitates a rolling road closure for the race to pass through. Delays of 15 to 20 minutes are expected.

Emergency access will be maintained at all times.
