Never put toxic chemicals in your kerbside bins or pour them down the drain.

Unwanted household chemicals can be dropped off free of charge at a Detox your Home event, where trained chemists safely collect and manage them.

Registrations open 19 January 2027.

There are Detox your Home events held across Victoria throughout the remainder of 2026. Detox your Home events are open to all Victorians, so you can attend any event that suits you, regardless of where you live.

This service is for household chemicals only.
