Parent Education

Surf Coast Shire Child and Family Health provides a range of free education and support sessions for parents and carers. These are offered face to face and onlline. We are constantly updating our events so please check back regularly!

The City of Greater Geelong Regional Parenting Service also collates group parent education opportunities provided by different agencies across the Barwon South Western region.

Mother Goose Baby Song and Rhyme Torquay

A weekly facilitated song and rhyme session for parents and carers of babies 12months and under, incorporating the Parent Child Mother Goose program, combining rhymes, songs, and stories. These sessions run during term time only.

Mother Goose Song and Rhyme Winchelsea

A weekly facilitated song and rhyme session for parents and carers of babies and children under school age. Incorporating the Parent Child Mother Goose program this session combines rhymes, songs, and stories to promote bonding and language skills. These sessions run during term time only.
