Enhanced Maternal Child Health program

The Enhanced MCH Program is for families needing extra support or facing extra challenges. Visits can take place in your home, and nurses are trained in supporting families with additional needs, such as child development or behavioural concerns, early parenting support, mental health and family violence.  

Referrals can be made families themselves by emailing emch@surfcoast.vic.gov.au, or by other health professionals working with them.
