All our Maternal and Child Health Nurses are there to support your breastfeeding journey.  Our team also includes Lactation Consultants who can provide more specialised help where it’s needed.  Additional support includes:

  • finetuning positioning and attachment
  • management of damaged nipples
  • assessment of milk supply
  • medications and breastfeeding
  • feeding support for multiple births
  • mastitis
  • breast and nipple thrush
  • tongue tie
  • breast refusal
  • other breastfeeding concerns
