Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice in accordance with section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council's Property Use Agreement Policy that it intends to enter into a Lease Agreement as follows:

Purpose:
To occupy a portion of Deans Marsh Community Cottage - 10 Pennyroyal Valley Road Deans Marsh for a self-service library locker.
Term of Tenure:
For a period of five (5) years
