Mountjoy Parade, Lorne, boardwalk renewal

The boardwalk on Mountjoy Parade, between Bay Street and Brownes Lane, Lorne is being replaced. 

A recent condition report showed the handrails, balustrade, bollards and decking are all in poor condition and need to be replaced. 

While we prepare the works, the handrail will be closed with temporary fencing. The boardwalk will remain open until we start works. 

The renewal will include the decking, handrail, balustrade and bollards. 

When the timeline for works is complete we will provide an update.
