The Winchelsea Pool features a 25-metre and leisure pool with heated water, pavilion and a splash park providing plenty of fun for kids and families.

Opening Hours
The opening details for the 2026/27 season are yet to be confirmed. We will update this page as soon as we can let you know.
In 2025/26, the Winchelsea Pool opened Saturday 29 November through to Monday 9 March (Labour Day Weekend).
Opening hours were 12 - 6pm daily.
We trialled a cold weather operating model where the pool did not open when the forecast temperature was below 21 degrees combined with bad weather. This enabled staffed hours to be reallocated to extended opening on hotter days, weekends and public holidays.
Supervision and Access
Child Supervision
- Children 10 years old and under must be actively supervised at all times be a responsible guardian.
- Guardians must be in the water with children 5 years and younger
Access
Accessibility features at Winchelsea pool include:
- The 25m pool has a sling/hoist lifting system
- The leisure pool has graduated entry from zero depth to 800m at a 1:14 gradient
- Ramp entry to the main pavilion from the street
- Ramp entry from the pavilion onto the pool concourse
- Dedicated accessible toilet and change room
- Ambulant female toilet
- Ambulant male toilet
Further, the children's splash pad equipment can easily be turned on and off, or some items can be isolated while others remain in use.
Music may be played through the PA system, which can easily be turned off.
