Lorne Customer Service Presence
On the third Wednesday of each month, you can access a customer service and Council presence at the Lorne Visitor Information Centre.
The service allows local residents to raise issues in person with a Councillor, to make payments and access customer service.
All planning and building enquiries should still be directed to Council’s Planning Counter at its Torquay office.
Customer service staff and councillors will attend from 10am-12:30pm and 1:15pm-3:30pm on the following dates:

- Wed 18 Jan 2012
- Wed 15 Feb 2012
- Wed 21 Mar 2012
- Wed 18 Apr 2012
- Wed 16 May 2012
The customer service presence in Lorne will be on trial for the next 6 months.
