Community Satisfaction Survey

The 2023 Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey is carried out by the Victorian Government.

Views are sought from 600 resident and non-resident Surf Coast Shire ratepayers, who provide Council with real-time feedback to help understand the customer experience and identify improvement opportunities.

Survey results featured in the Customer Experience Bi-Annual Report, noted by Council at its August 2023 Council meeting.
