Potential Cypress Lane sale of land to be considered 3 October

Council will consider the potential discontinuance and sale of Cypress Lane and sale of portion of Reserve No. 3 at a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday 3 October at 6pm.

The proposed discontinuance and sale was to be considered in September, however the September Council meeting is in Lorne. The item has been moved to the meeting on 3 October at the Council Chambers in Torquay to make it more accessible for Torquay residents who wish to attend.

This follows the August Council meeting decision to grant a planning permit for the use and development of a retirement village in Cypress Lane, Torquay.
