Community Action Networks

Council supports place-based Community Action Networks to assist individuals, groups and leaders to connect with each other, and take action on shared visions and priorities in their towns. 

Community Action Networks currently exist in Anglesea, 3231 postcode area, and Torquay/Jan Juc/Bellbrae, and we can also help you connect with community-led networks in Winchelsea, Moriac and Deans Marsh. 

The networks operate on the principles of being community-led, relationship-oriented, asset-based, place-based and inclusion-focused.
