The Annual Report provides an overview of Council, details of our operational activities and specifics on our financial performance. It's the primary way to report back to the community and other interested stakeholders on Council’s performance against the Council Plan and the initiatives and key strategic activities of the budget.
Community satisfaction survey
Each year Local Government Victoria (LGV) coordinates a state-wide survey to assess the performance of every local government area. Participants are asked about a range of issues and LGV analyses the data and reports back to the councils. We use the results to learn about our customers and seek insight into ways to provide improved or more effective service delivery.
