Join us on Wed evenings in August at Grow Anglesea for the ultimate workshop experience. Gather local friends & feel inspired! Experience many skilled crafts over five weeks while being surrounded by beautiful props, abundance & the finest local food. Support local businesses & food suppliers & makers. Take home all the things you create & all materials supplied. Create your own displays, food platters, wall hangings, flower arrangements, hanging plants & ceramic pieces to take home. Grazing Table of organic delicious food, seasonal tea, drinks & all materials.

Week 1 - FOOD STYLING & GRAZING PLATTERS Create your own show stopping grazing platters & tables with locally sourced food. A leading food stylist will generously teach you how to use local food, colour, texture & tableware to create something spectacular to feast on. Industry secrets, tips & knowledge you will have for life. A rare opportunity to learn new ways to style food sustainably as well as source the best local ingredients to take your platters to the next level. Tips on preserving edible flowers, native foods and using the artist's eye to make every dish look spectacular.

Week 2 - INTERIOR STYLING & DESIGN A 101 in Styling & Design. Understand how to use space, colour, lighting, shape, texture & placement to create displays. Skills that you can translate to many spaces to create an impact. Using beautiful props & textiles you will learn how to create beautiful displays, problem solve space design & source homewares. You will understand how interior knowledge, space design & all the right elements can make a huge difference to the atmosphere and the way you use your space and enjoy it. A chance to be insp ired to make your home or workplace the best it can be.

Week 3 - WILD FLORISTRY Create your own seasonal flower arrangement & dry native wall hanging to enjoy for many years to come. Learn how to identify seasonal flowers & understand what slow flowers & growers are & why they are important. Create a spectacular wild native floristry arrangement to put in a vase as well as a wall hangings for a gift or to style your home. Your will leave with floristry skills to make your own arrangement with what you find in your own backyard. Your teacher has created many botanical installations for large scale events & weddings & loves sharing the abundance of what we can find locally.

Week 4 - KOKEDAMA PLANT MAKING Create your own incredible Japanese hanging moss ball plant to turn your home into a rainforest. We provide the most beautiful lush plants that are easy to take care of & will leave you inspired to make more. Smell the earth, connect with lush plants & create something you will be proud to show off in your home. Tips on caring for plants, styling with plants & how they make a difference to your space. Your teacher has styled many homes, offices, retail spaces & gardens using a huge variety of plants to create living art eco systems & enjoyed landscaping for many years.

Week 5 WATER COLOUR & CERAMICS This workshop is the ultimate double rainbow of fun! Create your own clay bowls, tags, jewellery, wall hangings with air dry clay, a beginners intro into hand building with clay and start your journey with ceramics feeling inspired by the possibilities.
