Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice of intention to enter into Lease Agreements with Country Fire Authority (ABN 39 255 319 010) in respect to a portion of Council owned land at the following locations:
- 80 School Road, Bellbrae
- 15 Randles Road, Connewarre
- 445 Dickins Road, Freshwater Creek
The Lease Agreements are for a period of five years with two further term options of two years.
Bellbrae Fire Station - 80 School Road, Bellbrae
Connewarre Fire Station - 15 Randles Road, Connewarrre
Freshwater Creek Fire Station - 445 Dickins Road, Freshwater Creek
