Each month this group, facilitated at The Perinatal Hub in Jan Juc, will offer plenty of musical activities and exercises based on a new theme centered around musical parenting, including ways to use your voice and music to soothe, regulate and connect with yourself and your baby and be supported in your parenting role and experience. Thurs 29th Feb- Music to support Attachment and Attunement with your baby Thurs 28th March- Songs to Soothe and Co-regulate: Personalised lullaby creation Thurs 18th April- Musical play to support your baby’s early developmental milestones Thurs 30th May- Musical Mantra‘s for parents Thurs 27th June- Recorded music and playlist creation for emotional regulation *This group series will best cater for expecting parents and parent s with babes in arms (pre-crawling age)
