Balance, Harmony and Wellbeing Day Retreat


Join us for a full day of stress-reducing, endorphin-releasing yoga, Qi gong, guided meditation and sound. Take the day to rejuvenate. It is easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but mental wellness is about taking a moment to reconnect with yourself and enjoy some peace. You deserve it.
